A Cedar Pond Farms company

Text Message Terms

What you get when you say yes to texts from Mobile Moos — and how to make them stop. Last updated: July 29, 2026.

1. The program

Tick the texting box on a Mobile Moos form and we may text you about your event: booking confirmations, visit reminders, day-of coordination for the cows' arrival, and — only if you asked — occasional news. Messages come from our family's farm number (Mobile Moos is part of the Cedar Pond Farms family).

2. Opting in

The box is never pre-ticked, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking or buying anything. We record each consent — the date, the number, and the exact wording you agreed to.

3. Frequency & cost

Message frequency varies — an event on the calendar means more messages than none. Message and data rates may apply; those are your carrier's charges, not ours.

4. Stopping & help

Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number — one confirmation, then silence. Reply HELP for help, or reach a person at hello@cedarpondfarms.com or (865) 630-0107.

5. Your number is not for sale

Mobile numbers and texting consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile Moos is a brand of Cedar Pond Farms — one company, not an affiliate — and your consent runs directly to Cedar Pond Farms. See our Privacy Policy — every sharing category excludes them.

6. Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery depends on your carrier and device.

7. Changes

Updates appear on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to receive texts after a change means you accept the updated terms.
