When you send an inquiry, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone (if you share it), your event date and details. Ordinary technical basics (pages visited, device type) tell us how the site is doing.
To answer you and plan your cows' visit. Mobile Moos is part of the Cedar Pond Farms family, and inquiries are handled on the family's own booking platform — your details stay in the barn.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Only our own crew and the service providers that make the platform run (payment processing when you buy, email delivery when we write back) see it — each gets only what its job needs.
We will never share your mobile number. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes — every category in Section 3 excludes them. Mobile Moos is a brand of Cedar Pond Farms — one company, not an affiliate — so your consent runs directly to Cedar Pond Farms and your number never leaves it. The only outside company that touches your number is our messaging carrier, solely so the text can reach your phone.
If you tick the texting box on our form: we send booking confirmations, visit reminders, and — only if you asked — occasional news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply (your carrier's charges, not ours). Reply STOP to any message to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of booking. Full terms: Text Message Terms.
We keep inquiry records only as long as we might genuinely need them, then let them go. Want your info corrected or deleted? Ask — hello@cedarpondfarms.com or (865) 630-0107 — a real person will handle it.
Our forms are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
